About Us

CJ and Marigrace

Pediatric Place is a medical day center, locally owned by sisters with a passion for helping children with special needs. Our goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment for the medically fragile children of our community, that allows opportunities for growth, learning, and fun. Staffed with qualified personnel, we provide a multidisciplinary approach to best care for each patients specific needs. This includes skilled nursing care, therapies, education, and more. At the end of the day, we want all of our families to feel comfortable knowing that their child is well taken care of at Pediatric Place. “The place to be; your home away from home.”

Aj's complex heart defect has meant numerous long hospital stays, and CJ's presence during these times has been an immense comfort.

Her profound expertise in caring for medically fragile children, especially those with congenital heart defects, has been a true blessing. We’ve had the privilege of working with CJ both in the PICU and in a PPEC setting, and from the very first day, we knew our child would receive the best quality care! Thanks to CJ, we’ve avoided multiple stressful ER visits at Batson. Our trust in CJ is unwavering, and knowing our child is in her capable hands brings us unparalleled peace of mind.

I have had the privilege of working with Nurse CJ Young for the past four years, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional care and dedication. She has been my son's nurse during our time at Kids Kastle (now Pediatric Haven) in Gluckstadt, and she has consistently gone above and beyond in her role.
